ПСИХРОТОЛЕРАНТНЫЕ ШТАММЫ РОДАИЗ ГРУНТОВ ОЗЕРА БАЙКАЛ КАК ПЕРСПЕКТИВНЫЕ ПРОДУЦЕНТЫ БИОПЕСТИЦИДОВ

Аннотация
Из 54 психротолерантных штаммов 16 видов рода , выделенных из грунтов озера Байкал, в ходе последовательного скрининга на твердых и жидких средах было отобрано 12, а 6 штаммов видов: sp., . Они проявляли ингибирующее действие к тест-микроорганизмам INA 00760, АТСС 6633, АТСС 2091 или ATCC25922, а также к штаммам фитопатогенов VKM-B1247 и VKPM F-148. Максимальная антибиотическая активность была установлена для культуральной жидкости (КЖ) и концентрата КЖ штамма sp. 2d-4B при глубинном культивировании в отношении VKM-B1247 и  VKPM F-148. На основании данных по эффективному подавлению этих фитопатогенов и оценки влияния этого штамма на прорастание семян однодольного растения и двудольного растения и длину их проростков, показано, что штамм sp. 2d-4B может быть использован для создания биопрепарата.
